A Week of Recognition: Enduro Finance at the Motor Transport Awards and NACFB Awards
This week gave the Enduro Finance team two opportunities to step back from the day to day and spend time with the wider industry, first at the Motor Transport Awards, then at the NACFB Awards, both within 48 hours of each other.
Motor Transport Awards, The Grosvenor Hotel, Mayfair
On Wednesday 9th September, we were invited by BPCE to attend the Motor Transport Awards, joined by colleagues from Rygor. The evening, hosted by Michael McIntyre, celebrated some outstanding achievements across the transport sector, and it was a pleasure to see so many well deserved winners recognised.
NACFB Awards, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester
Two days later, on Friday 11th September, we travelled to Emirates Old Trafford for the NACFB Awards. Enduro Finance was nominated in two categories, Northern Irish Broker of the Year and Industry Leader of the Year, for which our director Chris Smith was shortlisted. While we didn't take home the trophy in either category, we were highly commended in the Northern Irish Broker of the Year award, a real mark of the progress the team has made. It was a privilege to be part of the day, and NACFB Chair Jim Higginbotham's remarks on the current state of the market were a valuable and timely reminder of where the industry is headed.
A Week Worth Celebrating
Beyond the awards themselves, this was a week of genuine value, with time spent with peers and colleagues across the industry, and a rare chance for our team to step away from the business and celebrate what's been a strong year.
Looking Ahead: The Market Moving Into Winter
The finance market continues to evolve, and that pace is only likely to increase as we move into the winter months. Working capital is set to become an even sharper focus for businesses as they prepare for seasonal demand and the operational disruption that winter weather typically brings.
Growth remains a central priority for Enduro Finance too. We're continuing to build our presence across the country, and we're seeing new client relationships form every week, alongside the continued commitment we have to the excellent set of customers we already support.
It's been a week to be proud of, and one that leaves us well placed heading into the final quarter of the year.
